ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an e-mail within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 3D Farmer GmbH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

PARCEL TRACKING

Every shipment includes parcel tracking. Tracking information are provided once parcels have been shipped. To check for shipping updates, please use aftership.com/track with the provided tracking number within your order information.

 

ORDERS FROM UNITED STATES:

Our US production partner fulfills all local orders. Hence, no additional tariffs costs apply for US orders. 

 

ORDERS FROM EU:

Starting 1. September 2026, our local German production partner fulfills all EU orders. Fulfillment will be delayed in the first few September weeks since we are currently stocking all products.
