Cancellation policy

  • Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase without any penalties.

Conditions of return

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item is not returned in original condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@3dfarmer.ch with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
